Example of a hair contract

I'm using my regular hair dresser for my wedding day hair. Can someone send me a copy of a hair contract as my hair dresser doesn't have one?

    Holy moly ... I've never heard of a hair contract!  The guy who is doing my hair happens to be a stylist whose work was featured in the most recent Washingtonian Bride & Groom magazine and he doesn't do contracts.  Hmm ... learn something new every day, huh?

    Well, if someone sends a hair contract your way, I'd love to see it.  Good luck.
