Chef's Table Catering out of VA

Has anyone worked with this caterer before? They have some reviews on weddingwire.com but I am looking for more information. Thanks!

    So don't know if this will help but ... they are a preferd professional for our venue and we did a tasting with them.  Their food food was amazing ... particularly the pasta!! Also Agustin (the head guy)  was very helpful about certain aspects of the wedding that we had not considered.

    I think they would have been a great caterer they just didn't meld well with our idea of the reception so we went with another caterer.
