have you (or has anyone you know) ever had engagement photos redone??

we had ours taken saturday and she already posted 4 teaser pics, and i hate them. the photography is good, my fiance looks great, i just think i look terrible in them. we won't see the whole batch (probably about 100 pics) for two more weeks. what if i don't like them - is it crazy to get them redone? i'd want to use her again too, is that even weirder? like i said, she did a great job. it's just me

I feel you. We had to split our shoot into a regular session and a follow-up one because the conditions were so unfavorable on the day of our original shoot. Midatlantic summer and I are a very, very, very bad combination. When our teaser pics went up I was devestated with several of them. I looked hideous. It wasn't the photographer that was the problem; it was me. I am hoping that I will like enough of the rest of the photos to be able to use them as planned, but we'll have to see. For us, there will not be enough time for a re-shoot. But if you have time for one, it doesn't hurt to ask.
