Short wedding dresses?

Hello there! 

I was wondering if anyone could give me suggestions as to where to look in the DC for short wedding dresses? I have yet to look ANYWHERE, and I'd like some suggestions on where to start, if anyone has any? Do you think it would be best to call salons and inquire about their stock of short dresses? Is that a proper thing to do?

I would definitely call and ask them. You can also look up styles online and look for locations in which those styles are sold, a lot of the time. Most designer sites have a list of where their styles are currently being sold, so you can find a designer with a lot of short dresses, look up a store near you, and then call the store to find out how many short dresses they have in stock for brides to try on.

I'm wondering about something similar.  I want a wedding dress with sleeves, but know that's not a very popular store.  I plan on calling salons in advance to ask what type of dresses with sleeves they have.  It seems like a reasonable thing to do

Oh, also I was just looking at David's Bridal and they actually have a LOT of really beautiful short wedding dresses.

Hitched in Georgetown carries the Amsale Little White Dress Collection. They're all short wedding dresses.

Check out Bridal Images in Rockville Maryland, they have a decent selection of designer gowns that are short, and the service you get will be phenomenal too.
