I heard really bad things about The Pros. I love DJ2NV you can book him through www.savyentertainment.com their website is crap right now but they're friends of mine and he's really good. Always gets people dancing. I already booked him for my wedding.

Check out Dynomite DJ... I know he's based in Maryland, but he does DC weddings, too.  I dunno what kind of indie stuff he has, but I'm sure he'll build a playlist that you'd like!  He's a really great personality to have, and he's very, very professional!
