Reasonably Priced Venue/Catering

Hey everyone,

My FI and I want two things in a venue: outdoor and waterfront.  My parents want it in the DC area based on the international/OOT family and cheaper airfares getting in and out of DC.  We're not picky as to whether we're on the MD or VA side of DC, but we can't seem to find anything in our budget.  The cheapest I've been able to find was right under $10,000 for venue and catering.  Does anyone know of anything that's not going to be as much for 150 guests?

Maryland Yacht Club!  I spent months looking for a reasonably priced waterfront venue, and this was the best I could find. Venue fee is $1650, meals start at $35 (including apps) and alcohol is $14 for just beer and wine or $18 for full bar (name brands).  It's also close to BWI and some of the hotels around there offer a free shuttle to and from the venue.

Thanks ladies!  We also found Swan Harbor Farm in Havre de Grace, MD.  I'll keep making calls, but I had no idea these places existed.  You all are awesome!
