Does anyone know of a good non-denominational officiant in Northern Virginia?

Most county websites have a listing of civil celebrants with all of the marriage license info.  Thats how we found ours.  I think that they can only charge $50 unless you do an elaborate ceremony, but the directories are usually organized by city so you can find someone close enough that you shouldn't have to pay travel fees as well.

We're using Jeff Maszal (www.weddingceremoniesbyjeff.com).  He is very flexible regarding religious / nonreligious ceremonies.  He is also extremely professional and has a lot of experience.  His prices are $600 ($475 without the rehearsal) which I found were a little bit higher than other professional wedding officiants (obviously a lot more expensive than a Justice of the Peace).  FI and I thought it was worth it since we are trying to do a nonreligious ceremony without offending his Muslim family or my Christian family.
