Inexpensive Band recommendations

I'm on a tight budget but I'd really love to have some kind of live music at the reception instead of a DJ. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions on having live music cost effectively? Thanks!

I am having a band at my wedding and I decided to go with a coverband a 6 piece band instead of the typical 9-12 piece wedding band and that really saved on cost for me!
