pronovias dresses for cheap in DC? wholesale or sample stores?

Hi -
I am from Chicago... there was a store there that had wedding gown samples never worn and some used for super cheap.... the thing was that you had to buy off the rack and what was there today might not be there tomorrow, but you could get a great deal... Is there anything like that in the DC area?

Also my sister-in-law is really looking to get a Pronovias dress - is there a store in dc that specifically sells pronovias line (the less expensive lines)?

White Swan Bridal in Vienna VA- I'm not positive they carry Pronovias but they def have Rosa Clara (Two and Aire Barcelona). The second floor is all off the rack and the dresses are $500. They have the newer stuff too on the first floor. Great selection!

I know that Bridal Images in Rockville carries Provnovias and you could buy a sample or order new.  If you buy a sample you could save some $$.
I would check it out.  They are an awesome dress designer-you have good taste.

You could keep an eye out for the Brides Against Breast Cancer sale. This travels around the country, and 100% of proceeds go to the Making Memories Breast Cancer foundation. I don't know if they've been through this area yet; last year I drove up to Staten Island for the sale (only day that worked for me) and I got a brand new with tags Pronovias gown for 30% of the retail price, and it fit perfectly. So it was totally worth the drive, I think.

Distictive Designs in rockville has Pronovias! They will treat you like a queen and really work with you and just you to make sure you have the perfect dress and experience.
I went to bridal images and the service was horrible multiple times - even with appointments each time!!!
