I need someone good in Reston,Herndon,Sterling,Leesburg VA area. I live in WV so I cannot drive too far out.

You want Angie.  Click on this link to get her contact information.  She is superb, and her prices are reasonable.  However, you want to contact her as soon as possible, as she books up early.

If she's not available, you may want to call Estee.  We used Estee and loved her, but she's in Maryland rather than VA.

Have you tried posting this in the WV board?  And where in WV are you?  Reston seems pretty far to drive from WV just to get your dress fitted.  Estee might be closer for you.  And Angie is in Fairfax, which isn't much further out than Reston.
