Technical Support for The Knot

Hi Ladies,

For the past 2 years I've been desperately trying to send private messages but for whatever reason The Knot doesn't allow me to.  It prompts me to update my profile and then continuously reloads the page.

Has anyone else had this problem?  We are currently renovating our house and I'd love to use The Nest more, but this problem is driving me nuts!

    its because you have been flagged as a vendor (most likely).  Look at your post history.  I just did and it looks like all you do is promote your TA.  The next thing they do is block you entirely.  Just an FYI!

    You could call an IT Consulting firm like DAG Tech- they are excellent at providing service to people with technological issues! :-)
