I am working with Maryam at Maryam's florist in Fairfax and am very pleased with not only her prices but her personality.  She is very plesant and accomodating.  I think our flowers are running about $700 total.  We have 10 boutineers, 7 bouquets, 5 coursages, and flowers to float in bowls for the centerpeices on 15 tables.  Toss bouquet is included with my bouquet.

Carmela from Arrangements Co. She is out of Rockville, and I think she works out of a home workshop so she is able to charge way way less than many of the other florists I visited. I also love her work! Totally modern and sleek-looking

DaVinci's Florist is doing my DC wedding.  Just give them your budget and color scheme, and they'll give you choices.

Fi and I just decided on Shelly Bagdasian - I am really excited!  Her proposal seemed to capture our style the most, and she is extremely friendly and flexible with meeting you when/where is the most convenient for you.
