Does anyone have a nail salon in the Centreville/Manassas area where I can take my bridesmaids the day before?

There's a great place in the Pickwick shopping center in Centreville.  (It is next to what used to be O'Toole's.) On Route 29.  I think that it's called Passion Nail & Spa...here is also a helpful website.
