Recommendation for hair stylist

Hello.  I'm getting married in DC in November and am looking for a good hair stylist.  I have long blonde hair and am looking to get a nice cut/highlight in the next month and would love to find someone in the DC area to do this before the wedding so I get a feel for his/her services.  If all works out, I'd like to use the same stylist for the wedding.  If anyone has a current hair stylist that they absolutely adore and can recommend without hestitation, I would love to know.  Thanks so much!

    Kelli Fink - she is amazing, she has a salon in Northern Va. And if you decide to use her for your wedding, she comes to you for the big day.  Check out her website.

    I am really excited about my wedding hair stylist - Julie/ Hair by Jewels.  She isn't my regular lady (my girl doesn't do special occasions), but she does do cut/color too.  I am doing clip-in extensions and she is going to highlight my hair to match.

    Kimberly at Red Door in Friendship Heights. She did my cuts/highlights before the wedding and also did my day-of hair. I have been to a number of high-end salons in DC and Kimberly is by far the best, not to mention she is super sweet. The only drawback is that she only works Saturdays so you'll need to book early for haircuts, highlights, and other services. I highly recommend her, though....you won't be disappointed.
