$10K reception for 145 guests

We are looking for a venue where we can have our wedding reception for about $10K for 150 guests (~$65-70pp).  We have modern tastes and like clean lines.  We prefer DC proper but will travel outside for the right venue.  Budget for the total wedding is $20K.  Most guests are from OOT so we would like a very DC city type feel and do not want to offer only heavy apps since they have traveled to celebrate with us.

Any suggestions?

    Kora Restaurant in Crystal City will let you rent it out for the night and they fit within that budget. It's modern too. The problem we had with it was the location of the dance floor. It was off to the side
