Where Can I rent a House fit for a Reception in the DMV

We are getting married in Vegas in October. WE are having a BBQ reception for family in late Spring of 2012. But we have no idea where to look for a beautiful location (preferably with a pool) to rent.

It's going to be tough.  Most home rental places impose maximum limitations on the number of people who can stay there, and do not allow parties.
