Trying to Locate a Seamstress

I got married about two years ago and used a seamstress in the Gaithersburg area (Montgomery Village). A friend of mine is getting married and needs her dressed altered, but I dont remember the name or number of this seamstress. I liked her work and was hoping someone may know who she is. She is from the Phillipines and works from her home in Montgomery Village. Hopefully someone will be able to help find this person.

I'm not familiar with that person but in case you are unable to locate her I can recommend a bridal shop in Kensington. I purchased a bridesmaid gown from Patrappon in the antique district a few years ago. I felt they did a great job with the alterations.
