Rehearsal Dinner Invites?

Hello!
I had a couple of questions about rehearsal dinner invites.  Let me start with my FI is paying for the rehearsal dinner, not his parents.  So...

1 - How do you word the invitation?  All the ones I've found say: Join us for a Rehearsal Dinner honoring Bride & Groom... do we do that if we're throwing it?

2 - Where did you get your invitations?

    I was all about to make nice rehearsal dinner invites, but I found some CHEAP at Party City and decided just to use those and save myself the hassle.  There is a pic in my bio....its just a regular invite where you handwrite in the information....

    We are hosting (and paying) for our rehearsal dinner too and here is the wording I used:

    You are invited to the Rehearsal and Dinner
    Friday, May 7
    to celebrate the wedding of
    (Bride) and (Groom)

    Rehearsal: 5pm
    (Church Name)
    (Street Address)
    (City, State)

    Dinner immediately following
    (Restaurant Name)
    (Street Address)
    (City, State)

    Please RSVP by April 4
    (email address)

    I did pocket wedding invitations so I made my own insert on cardstock and included it with the invitation.
