Both the Kreeger and the Corcoran have small rooms. You can also check with the Reagan Building. Many boutique hotels in the area have smaller rooms that are quite lovely.

If you are willing to consider a day other than a Saturday, and to book only 45 days in advance, you could get Rockwood Manor in Potomac for up to 60 people for $500 for 4 hours, or $800 for 5 hours.  My son just had his wedding there today, and the place is gorgeous!
