NWR--FI and I moving to Atlanta Midtown

Hi there Georgia ladies! My FI just moved to Atlanta from Chicago to start working a new job. I'm still in school back in KY but will be there with him after our wedding this August. He toured several apt. complexes around Midtown today and I think we've narrowed it down between either Savannah Midtown or Alexander on Ponce. This may be a long shot posting on this board but I was wondering if any of you have had experience living at either of these places (or know someone who has)? I can't be down there with him so I'm just going off what he's said about his tours. Figured it couldn't hurt posting here to see if you ladies have any input. Thanks so much! Smile

    Hi there!

    I work in midtown but I havent lived in either complex.  I would definitely suggest looking at the reviews on apartmentratings.com

    Midtown living is great, just a couple of things to consider...

    I don't know about Alexander, but Savannah Midtown is a bit noisy due to the level of traffic in the area.  If you can, try to get an apartment that isn't on an outside street.

    If you are still looking and haven't checked it out yet, I highly suggest Post Renaissance.  The grounds are beautiful and the staff (especially the "Cares Team," Bill and Kitty Murray) are very helpful and responsive.
