Does anyone know of a good and budget friendly Limo service?

    I have a company that's charging with tax and gratuity $102 and hour.  That's the cheapest that I've found.

    bbyckes - what is the minimum hours?  Can you send me the info?  I am looking for a limo or car with a driver to take us 3 blocks from our reception to the hotel.  We could literally walk so I only need them for one hour.
