What kind of food will you/did you have at the wedding?

I'm thinking I'm going to have a small mix of things. A "Georgia" dish, a "New Orleans" dish and an " English" dish.

Basically southern--fried chicken, shrimp & grits, etc.

I want to have Pecan chicken because I think its "Southern" but a different twist on regular fried chicken! My FI is against is because as he says, "what about allergies!"

Probably New American with southern stylings.
