It sounds like Affairs and Bold are the big names in town, but does anyone have any other recommendations of caterer that's just as good, but simply under the radar?

Soiree is my caterer as well.  I have used them many times and the food is wonderful and everyone that works there is friendly and very professional.  I highly recommend them.

I tried going with Affairs but they were just to expensive. We are having 300 people at our reception and wanted a buffet style dinner that wasnt $20K.
ive heard great things about Endive and they sent us a menu that was pretty good.
