Hand cancellation of invitations

Has anyone else run into any problems with this?  My daughter lives in Winston Salem, NC and her post office said they didn't do this.  I'm in Marietta, GA and hoping one of the smaller post offices would be willing to do this.  Anybody having issues and any advice to offer?

I'm not sure what you are asking.  If you want your invites hand cancelled you have to do it yourself.

I found a post office out by the airport. They hand cancel, but they charge an additional fee of about 0.50 cents.

My experience at the Peachtree Corners Post Office in Norcross.. I asked if they could hand stamp them. They said, if time permits.. depending on how busy they are. I asked if I could hand stamp them, and they told me know. I asked nicely, but I have no clue if they actually got hand stamped or not?

My post office does it but I have heard that its not worth it. I guess it save the invites from going through the first machine but not any of the others.

Your mail will go through several machines on the way to the final destination.  Drop them in the box and be done with it.
