    Check into Capture The Image for photo & photobooth.  I just engaged them based on a special they are running for sign up by October 31st, with half off photobooth with the purchase of photo or video sevices..

    For cakes, I highly suggest Sweet Stuff Cakes.  Elaine's prices are really reasonable.

    We used Publix for our cake and it was great! For flowers we used Leslie with Southern Stems. She was awesome to work with and everything was so beautiful!

    I've seen photo booth rentals on Groupon lately.

    dj or band - check out www.gigmasters.com. You put in your event details and the vendors bid for your business. I ended up finding some really reasonable dj's and harpists

    wedding cake - Try http://thecakehouseandmore.com/ or http://www.bliss-atlanta.com/ I have used both and they are great

    You can check out Wish Upon a Wedding's charity auction on BiddingForGood.com  They have a lot of donated packages that are really inexpensive right now.
