Quick Question -

I was wondering if anyone has had (or knows someone who has had) their ceremony at either Atlanta Primitive Baptist church on Ponce or Smoke Rise Baptist church near Stone Mountain -- wanted to know what their rules were like and if they were as strict/more strict as other churches.

I don't know personally, but I am assuming Atlanta Primitive Baptist would be more strict, but they could be about the same for all I know. I'm assuming and you know what that does. ; ) If you don't get a reply, maybe try calling them and just chat with someone about the protocols.
