Looking for a cost-effective Rustic Venue

So the FI and I decided to change venues. The place that we were originally going for was about 4000, and I LOVED it, he was just MEH about it. I liked it b/c it was an italian villa and with us getting married in November, we didn't know how the weather'd be looking, so we opted out for all (cer + recep) indoors at the same place. We talked again (read: to save money) we're putting the venue place back on the table... so... said all that to say, anyone know of anywhere that's got a rustic approach (that's not a barn, sorry, I'm a city girl) that'll be good for some folks looking to move their wedding? That WONT cost college tuition at a private school to rent?

I don't know where abouts you're from, but Roseabelle Manor in Adairsville is nice. It's not an Italian villa or anything, but it's very beautiful and very Southern Belle. The woman that runs it held an open house and she was lovely, and seemed to be very flexible.

Its funny that all of you guys reco'd Summerour-- that's the original place! Thing is, is that Summerour is also an architectural company who's offices are located in the same building. The FI didn't ilke it because we'd only have access to the first floor, and not the mezzanine nor loggia (beautiful balcony area with fans and wicker furniture) and b/c of them moving their offices to take up so much of the building, he felt as though he wasn't getting his money's worth... hence the reason why my toes are sinking in to the familiar and yet plush carpet of Square One.
