Wedding Venues to accomodate 275 guests

I have been searching tirelessly for a place to accomodate 275 people for a wedding with an outdoor ceremony on site.  My fiance and I would rather not do a country club setting.  We are looking for a more alternative venue.  We looked at the Phoenixville Foundry and both absolutely loved it!  However, we would have to rent the entire facility for our large group which carries a hefty price tag!  We are not ruling it out but want to make sure we explore all of our options.  Any suggestions would be extremely helpful!  I am beginning to think my dream wedding is never going to take shape

I am not sure how many people that the large ballroom at Normandy Farms holds- but I would check into there.
Another place that might work is the Moshulu in Philly. They definitely accomodate large parties and I am pretty sure you can do the ceremony on-site.

Try Bellvoire Manor, it's a historic house along the Deleware.  I think they can accomodate over 300.  It's also right next to Pen Ryn, but if I remember correctly, PR could only accomodate 225 or 250.

And also Merion Tribute house in Lower Merion.
