Wedding colors were pink and blue.. Mom thinks that wont go with this dress anymore... What colors would you think.. its a gold/cafe color dress.. Or can I still pull of my wedding colors?

Yes, I really like the dress too!  

Are the colors a light pink and blue or something with a bit more edge, like navy blue and fuschia or a dark pink?  I can't give advice until I know the actual colors.

I definitely think you should keep your colors, and if you're concerned about your dress matching a little gold will definitely go well with your colors.
