Let me start out by saying that I am already married. I came to you ladies looking for help. I was recently asked to take on the honor of being the reception coordinator for a wedding of a family friend. While I am super excited to do this, I have never done this. I will be handling all decisions on food, decorations, set up and clean up, dealing with caterers, etc for rehearsal dinner and reception. The wedding is about an hour and half from where I live. I will need to get a babysitter for my daughter for friday night and all day Saturday, as well as a hotel room for myself that Friday night. How much would you ladies charge or be willing to pay for these services. Since I've never done this professionally, I have no clue what to charge.
