Rehearsal dinner recommendations?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a place to have a rehearsal dinner for about 30 people either in the Midtown or around the Emory/Decatur area?  I know there are a ton of great restaurants in both locations but it's a bit tough to sort out which ones would be good for a rehearsal dinner!  I'd really appreciate any input you can give!

Check out Shout. They have a great rooftop bar area that you can rent for private parties.
