What stores to go to?

Hi ladies! My friend is getting married in May and we want to go to Atl to look for THE Dress. I  live in Augusta and she's going to school in Valdosta and google is our BF for shops. However, google only offers so much info so any suggestions on where she needs to go?

TIA!!

Most of the knotties on here a tleast visit Bridals by Lori, Bride Beautiful, and Kellys Closet. Depending on your friends budget... Bridals by Lori might be out as most think the prices are a little on the pricey side. But these are 3 staple places to check out. GL and HTH!

I wonder if Prince William and Kate are registered at Target?

Bridal Sense is good for lower prices and no pressure....  It's very close to Bride Beautiful.  They have sample gowns and gowns on consignment.  They have a lot of photos on their website.

Also, check LaRaine's in The Highlands.

Sweet Elegance in Decatur is AWESOME! I had the BEST experience there and would recommend everyone to go there!

I bought my dress from La Raine's and had a great time trying on dresses there.  They pop a bottle of champagne if/when you buy your dress!  Some of their stuff can be on the pricey side, but they have a good range of dollar signs, and a whole lotta dresses, so I would definitely suggest them.

Also, Le Dress, in Buckhead (corner of Peachtree and Piedmont) is wonderful - my bff bought her dress there.  They have once-worn wedding dresses that are to die for.  I almost bought mine there but La Raines was the next stop...  Le Dress has VERY good prices, and some designer labels that are ridiculously marked down.  I would put them on your Must Go, Tour Map of Dress Stores.

These are just a few I haven't seen mentioned that are on my "list" I've compiled from friends. :) Never actually been to any of them, so I'm not helpful that way, but friends have recommended them to me at least once. Good luck! :)

    Alfred Angelo Atlanta

    Bel Fiore Bridal

    Silver Lining

    Azalea Bridal & Formal

    New Natalie’s

    Formally Yours in Lilburn?

And there's apparently a place called "Anya Bridal Warehouse" if you're looking for a good deal over the "experience." I'm pretty sure they have a yearly sale where everything is 50-80% off. But, I'm not sure when.

My favorite was Brides By Demetrios at Peachtree & Piedmont - they were the best!  Second favorite was Bride Beautiful - great selection, good prices & not snobby.
