I was going to suggest them both.  Haha.  I saw all of those places, and they are really nice.  The only downside about the Garden Tent at Piedmont Tavern is that the restaurant is open during your wedding and there's not a lot of separation.  Don't know if that's something you would care about.

There are several venues within Peidmont Park other than the botanical garden and park tavern....make sure you find out about all of them!
