Tuscan/Italian Wedding

I'm looking to have a Tuscan/Italian country wedding in March of next year. But my speed bump is finding a place that looks cool that I dont have do overhaul with decorations to make it look remotely italian. I've found some winerys/vineyard type places, but there are way too many stipulations/room rental policies, etc. Does anyone know of an old italian venue that can host a wedding AND reception of about 100 people? AND wont cost me my arm, leg and neighbor's toes?

    An "old Italian venue".....in Atlanta?

I'm having our wedding at a winery, and there aren't any stipulations/room rental policies.  I also don't know of any stipulations with the other four wineries that host weddings in North Georgia either.

Are you looking strictly for the Atlanta area?

For our wedding at a winery in North Georgia, it comes out to around $73 per person (that includes site rental, bridal coordinator at venue, special dressing cabin at the winery, premium wine pour for four hours, a cocktail hour, a plated dinner, and cupcakes in place of a wedding cake.)

No idea how much Montaluce would be, but that would be the IDEAL location for a Tuscan/Italian wedding!

After all, it's a Tuscan-inspired development and vineyard.

I don't know the cost, but The Signature Room described as "luxuriouus Tuscan design". Can't hurt to check it out. HTH.

I wonder if Prince William and Kate are registered at Target?

dont know what your budget is, but try Summerour Studio near Atlantic Station...its about $3500

from their website:  "Arrival to the studio takes visitors through a charming walled courtyard that evokes a rustic Tuscan villa"

You may have better luck doing it in a type of "blank canvas" and hiring a decorator to do the Tuscany/Italian part. Puritan Mill is a good venue if you're looking to do a transformation, but I'm not sure where they would fall on the cost front. I think your theme sounds super cool though and I hope you can do it!

I DEFINTELY looked at Montaluce. They have a minimum $13,000 F/B minimum. Anything with that many zeros, to me, better feed me and my guests for a whole year, not just a day! *stank face*
