Your best bet is to post this on the local board to the left. Click on "Local Wedding Board", then the one nearest you. We are from all over, LOL.

I like my house so we are going to stay at home.

Depends on where the wedding is. Ours (we hope) is downtown near the aquarium. There are several hotels around there, but we'll probably stay at the W downtown or at the Glenn Hotel.

The Ritz Carlton was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I went on our anniversary and we didn't want to leave. It wasn'tso bad on the wallet either, as we toured the sights, the aquarium, coke, olympic park and even took a horse carriage ride around town. We wouldn't change a thing! P.S. the beds felt like heaven :-)

Thanks for sharing! The Ritz was one of my top picks. Did you and your husband stay at the Buckhead location?

The one in Buckhead didn't have any more availabilities around our anniversarydate, so we staed at the one downtown. Although, I have heard good things about the one in Buckhead as well (right across the street from the mall). The staff were very friendly and helpful with any and everything we needed. We could call them day or night and they were there. They really delievered from start to finish (and the food was great!) HTH

We haven't decided on a hotel yet but we're hopefully trying to find something near the aquarium as well. I think the aquarium is a beautiful place and I want us take time to visit (like I told my fiance, we can't stay in bed forever, now can we? <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-wink.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /> lol)

We'll probably be staying at the Hilton by Centinial Park... my dad has TONS of points with the Hilton hotels that we'll get to stay for free and most likely get upgraded to one of the suites.         :)

We stayed at the Ritz in Buckhead!  It was so lovely!

The Atlanta hotel that I've been the most impressed with was the St. Regis Hotel on West Paces Ferry.  I've only been in the lobbies of the Four Seasons and Ritz, never their rooms/suites, so they could be just as good.  I just like that the St. Regis is fairly new and seems to have that luxury vibe on the inside and outside.

We're staing at th Ritz. I was a little unsure about spending so much money for one night but I figured since it was our first night as husband and wife, we could splurge. Plus they include lots of extras that you can't get at other less expensive hotels.

We're staying at the W in Midtown.  I've never been to the Ritz, but I've been to the bar and restaurant at Four Seasons a few times.  It is very nice!  I'm sure you can't go wrong either way!

The W was our first choice. We decided to look around though before making the full commitment.

We're staying at the Ritz-Carlton and got the romance package or whatever it's called. It is expensive, but, like a PP said, you get a lot of stuff that comes with it. Also, compared to other hotels, the package that we got was much cheaper at the Ritz than anywhere else we looked.  I can't wait!
