She had excellent prices, was on the ball, and easy to work with. She thought of details we hadn't (vases for the head table for our bouquets and the exact color champagne for the ribbon on our bouquet.)
By the time we were done discussing our options, she worked up a quote, I paid my deposit, and that was that.
