Relandscaping help!

For my reception, I need to relandscape about 3/4 an acre of flat land in order to add some ambiance and flowers.  Meaning, trees (willow, cherry, tulip, flowering trees); flowers (morning glories, clematis, climbing roses), herbs (lavendar, rosemary -Our theme is Rosemary and Romance - it's what we toast to a lifetime of).  Does anyone have any tips for landscapers or DIY tips?  The wedding is next June.  Our venue is up in the air for the ceremony, so the reception site may turn into ceremony/reception site, and we'll have to add a trellis/archway with many more flowers.  Any help would be appreciated!

PS the reception site is the Terrapin Brewery in Athens.  That's where we met :)

I wonder if Prince William and Kate are registered at Target?

Since you are in Athens, I would contact University of Ga to see if they would like to use your site as a school project.  I'm sure the students need areas to work on and they would possibly provide the plants if you provide other materials like dirt and mulch.  Can't hurt to ask!
