The Mansion at Peachtree or other recommendations

Hello everyone, 
I'm newly engaged and looking for a venue that can offer outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.
I live in DC so Its not so convenient for me to go look at everything in person.. 
I like the Mansion hotel but not sure if its too small for 100 guests wedding..

I looked at the ceremony site and it seems tight niot sure about the reception site.. I'm worried reception site is also tight with a dance floor.. I would really like to have good sizze dance floor for my guests to have fun..

Any feedback or recommendation would be appreciates. I'm looking to spend around $12k for the venue, food and beverage...

    I went on a venue tour and Mansion On Peachtree was one of the sites visited. The ceremony would be standing only, there would only be enough room for parents to be seated. The ballroom is perfect for your guest count, and very modern and very neutral compared to others I have seen. I really loved the facility and the food was AWESOME, but I didn't want to have my guests standing.

    We had our reception at The Mansion on Peachtree in April of 2011 and absolutely loved it!  We got married at our church so I can't speak to the reception area, but we had about 110 guests at the wedding and had plenty of room for a good size dance floor.  The food is incredible as well.  Work with them on your budget...I'm not sure if you can get the venue, food, and beverage for 12K or less with your guest count.  Let me know if you have any other questions :)
