Are you a bridezilla? If not, have you ever had a bridezilla moment?

I wouldn't say that I am. I'm very laid back and my biggest aim is for everyone to look back on my wedding and say "Oh, that was fun!"

Having said that, I did have a "bridezilla" freak out moment on my FI because we are in the process of mailing off our immigration paperwork but I need some signed things from him. So he needs to mail it all to me and he's been pretty busy lately, so I've backed off talking about it. This past week he's actually had some time off so I told him I really wanted him to have the stuff in the mail to me by Friday (yesterday). Naturally it didn't get done so now it's going out Monday so I got angry at him and yelled. But come on, it is kind of the most important thing to do with the wedding!!

I try not to be...I probably sound insecure when I talk about wedding stuff just because I try too hard to not be a brat. After a BM emailed me and asked me what I wanted to do about my shower (I hate wedding questions that start with "What do you want...") I went ahead and composed a guest list because my friends get mad at me when I wait til the last minute--I am infamous for being a procrastinator.

Trying to be helpful, not a Bridezilla or force anything on you. I went ahead and got a guest list together (attached) for any sort of shower we may have. You are right, this is kind of awkward. You can forward this to whomever...I hope this is helpful and not bratty!! Also, I'm not sure if half of these people would come, so I'm not sure if this is a lot of people or normal or not a lot or what...

May 14th? After careful consideration--May 7th is the day before Mother's Day. May 21st is right before our conferences. May 28th is Memorial Day weekend. So it just seems that May 14th would be the best for most people if we were to do it in May. Just let me know!

That's fine. You gave your opinion when asked. There isn't anything wrong with that, and you even made it clear that you weren't demanding anything. Definitely not a bridezilla : )
