Carole Parks Catering?

Has anyone used Carole Parks Catering?  The reviews online at yelp.com and kudzu.com are mixed and they are one of the preferred caterers.  Their menu sounds good, but I don't want a nightmare.  Anyone have experience?

They were a perferred caterer for me too (I'm doing the Biltmore) -- We ended up going with Affairs to Remember because we got 1,000 off and their proposal's price beat Carole Parks. Unsure if that means Carol Parks is over priced or not...

Our wedding is a month away and they have been awesome the whole time. We'll see how the day of goes, but I am totally confident about that part of the night!
