How long does it take for a florist to get back to you?????

I went in for a consultation with a florist a couple of weeks ago....She sent me a proposal; I e-mailed her back and asked about changing somethings and that I needed to stick to my original budget if possible.  I haven't heard from her.  I know that it's wedding season so she's probably busy but yeah  I need to know if she can do this or I need to look for another florist.  It's been almost 2 weeks.....should I just shop around somemore.

When is your wedding? If you have a more distant date, she may be putting you off for the more pressing events. 

I would say she probably is busy, and if you are only communicating via email, she may have accidentally overlooked your message. Two weeks seems long enough for me. It wouldn't hurt to give her a call Monday. You can also be looking around elsewhere, and see if anyone else is more eager for your business and helpful. Just try and see it from her perspective: she has to calculate your costs and drum something up for you, not knowing if you will in fact use her. She has people to attend to now with deposits and totals paid that she must adhere to right now. Yes, she should still be eager for your business, but if she was busy try and cut her a break. My roomie says florists in her town won't even talk with you unless you pay a $25 consultation fee.

Yeah since my wedding is next year mine has definately put mine on the back burner. It's about a month since I emailed her and she hasn't emailed me back, but at long as when it gets closer to the back day she's on her game i'm good.

i talked to florists about a month ago for my sept wedding.
all of mine got quotes back to me in 2-3 days, and when i asked them to change things they were just as quick
