Rehearsal Dinner at home or at a restaurant or other?

I am thinking we'll have a casual cook out or something like that at our house.  I'm not sure yet, though.  What are you doing?

Well, rehearsal was going to be at a family members home.  But now I think we are changing it to a resaurant.

Not really sure on this one since my FMIL wants to handle this.

At a home. A family member here is kind enough to host it..was planning to have it @ a restaurant, but they offered, so we're doing it there.. looking for it to it!

Either having it at a restaurant or at the reception site since we'll have it for the night before too and we'll just put the men to work grilling out or something. We haven't really decided yet!

I have no idea what we are doing yet.... but I do know that we have to do an off-site rehearsal I have our venue for Sunday ($500 rental) and in order to have the rehearsal on site, we would have to rent the facility for all of Friday or Saturday night... at more than we are renting it for the wedding! So we will probably do the rehearsal outside at my parents house and the dinner will either be these as well or at a local restaurant.

We're having our RD at an Italian casual dining restaurant.  They have "private rooms" that will accommodate our 25 guests and have family platters.  So, it'll truly be a family style feast while still being mindful of the budget.
