Savannah beach wedding

I am looking for any suggestions on having a  small beach wedding in the Savannah, Jekyll, Tybe Island Area.  I would like to get married on the beach and since I do not need a permit and plan to do all of my decorations.  Should I hire someone to find my area on the beach or should I just do it myself the day of.

    There is actually a GA - Savannah local board. You would probably have better luck posting on there.

    The Savannah board ignored my posts when I originally made them back when we were planning our wedding :(

    Yeah the Savannah board is kind of dull. I would say it'd be worth it to ask around and see about a planner. I don't know the technicalities of having a beach wedding, but it seems like you'd want to be sure you had some degree of privacy/santuary/no little kids running around.
