Lambert Place

Has anyone had their ceremony/reception or attended a wedding at Lambert Place off Piedmont Rd in Atlanta? My Fiance and I are pretty sure Lambert Place is the place for us (great amenities and space all together). I am just trying to get any feedback/opinions/advice on Lambert! Please let me know if you have been or know anyone who has been ad what you or they think!!!

Love the facility but the parking stinks :)  Great food and excellent indoor atmosphere

I would advise against it.  Hopefully the brideS that chimed in last week in regards to Lambert Place will do so again.  I remember them warning against Lambert Place.  Maybe if you did an internet search for "knot.com + lambert place" it may come up (?)

Couldnt find that specifically but I had come across on another website brides saying that it is REALLY hard to get the deposit back after the wedding. The wedding is amazing but you dont get your deposit back for like a month after the contracted date. Would someone who knows tell me if this is just the $500 deposit or is it more than $500??

Why would someone get a deposit back after a wedding? Most venues roll it into the total cost of the venue rental, etc.

There is apparently a $500 deposit (on top of all the other deposits) that is refundable that goes to covering the costs of "excessive cleaning" and/or damage done during the event. All the other deposits arent refundable and go to the total cost of the event. But the $500 deposit is what everyone seems to have had trouble with getting refunded (as in, some girls didnt get it back until a month after the date agreed upon in the contract).

I've been to a wedding there.  It was very nice.  If I didn't have so many guests, I may have chosen the same place.  I'll have to ask them if they had any bad post-wedding experiences, but the couple didn't mention any.
