Old homes for reception and ceremony...HELP!!!

I need help on finding an old home that would fit around 130 people for October 2011.  Is there such a creature that would also allow me to bring in catering and alcohol??  Budget is average to low.. HELP!!!!

I can't remember how many can fit inside the house but, in Alpharetta you can check the Mansell House.  They let you bring your own vendors.

Look in Cave Spring, Georgia. They have a VERY inexpensive older home and older academy that you can rent for weddings and receptions. Hearn Inn Hearn Academy Both are at Rolater Park (also beautiful)

In Acworth, there is Cedar Plantation, but I don't think they're "budget wedding-friendly."

Rose Cottage is another option, I agree.  A friend of mine's daughter was going to get married there (engagement ended,) but it was beautiful on the inside and is suitable for up to 175 people though I don't know if that's standing only or sitting.

You could try Rhodes Hall or Wimbish House.
