Looking for a venue in Atlanta. Would like to bring our own caterers. Also, not sure where to start dress shopping! Just got engaged and planning a summer wedding. Any help woudl be appreciated!! Thanks!

    I don't know your budget, but if you don't have a ton to spend, my venue, the Mary Gay House in Decatur was relatively inexpensive.  Another venue that isn't expensive that allows your own caterer is Roswell River Landing. 

    For dress shopping, I got mine at Bridal Sense:  a never worn sample, for $800 off the original price.  I wasn't impressed with Bride Beautiful.  However, if money were no object, I would have chosen a fancier bridal salon.  For the money, though, Bridal Sense was awesome.  I also liked how no pressure and easy-going they were.
