Affordable, QUALITY Alterations in the ATL Area?!

Hey all!
i need to get my wedding dress altered pretty quickly...needs to be hemmed, bustled and taken in around bust. Would prefer to stay away from bridal salons. Anyone know of any trustworthy, relatively inexpensive, independent alterations ladies!? I'm in the Marietta area but will travel a little for quality, low cost work!!

She is hemming, taking it in all over (needed 9 inches taking in in the waist), redoing a French bustle and adding boning to the corset/waist part, all for $200. My dress is satin A line.
