Biltmore Help??

Hey-
All I saw on the websit were 2 options. One for a High Noon Saturday Wedding and one for a Sunday Wedding. Do they offer a Saturday Evening wedding?
Also...if you use the same room, how long does it take them to 'flip' it and what did you and your guests do in the mean time?
Thank you!!! :)

    Yes. They offer Saturday evening.

As for the 'flip', it has been awhile since I looked there, but you would likely need to rent another one of their spaces for the cocktail reception so they can do the flip if you want to be married there. Or rent one for if the spaces for the ceremony, and one for the reception.

You are probably best off calling the event coordinator for the Biltmore to get an answer to your questions. They will have the best answers for you. One things I remember not liking about the venue was that there was likely to be another event going on in the other ballroom at the same time as your event.

They do offer evening weddings but if you do the high noon or sunday option it is cheaper. Both rooms come with a pre-function area that can be used for the cocktail hour. During this hour is when the room is flipped.

yes, the cocktail area when they flip the room is the area right outside the ballroom...it's actually bigger for the smaller ballroom i think, but it's plenty of space. Plus, guests can usually wander into the main area as well, and i know you can rent the main area for JUST your guests for an extra fee. There are built in bars outside of the ballroom as well, so cocktail hour is pretty simple! I loved the Biltmore ballrooms when I looked at them, but we wanted a place where there was just one event going on in the place, and it would have cost too much to rent both of the spaces! Good luck to you!!

I know this is an old thread but we had our wedding there three weeks ago and it was AMAZING!! Please let me know if you have any questions I could help with!

I've also seen people do the ceremony in the small ballroom and the reception in the large one....
