Old Brick Building Venues?

Do you know of any old brick buildings or mills in Georgia? We'd be willing to travel up to 1.5 hours from Atlanta. I'm thinking of venues along the line of King Plow Arts Center: http://kingplow.com/

Even something more worn down is great. Old mills, etc. I've found a few, but nothing is matching our venue budget of up to $2500. :(

This place is called the Rock Barn - it's in Canton GA (WAY under your $2500 budget) and entirely brick - old brick.
  • Check out the Marietta Brickyard. They are $2000 for a 7 hours on a saturday. The facility is pretty much a blank canvas, ideal if you plan do a lot of DIY.
  • Tyrone Depot in south Atlanta, Trade Center in Columbus is an old mill.

Isn't the Trolley Barn all brick too?
  • Try The Chimneys at Big Canoe

Look at the Conservatory at Waterstone in Acworth. It is on Main Street, and is sooo cute. It is beautiful inside and out!
  • It's not all that old, but it's a brick venue that would fit within your budget: www.venue92.com in Woodstock, GA.
