Just wanted to share the we'll be buying our first house very soon! We already live there and the homeowner decided he wants to sell. We're getting a great deal but the house needs some work...nothing major. FI has been to the bank and was approved for the loan yesterday..now we just gotta do the paperwork and stuff! So getting married and having our first house will be all at the same time basically. We're getting married in October and it could take 90 days to close! So glad we already are living in the house and won't have to move AND deal with wedding stuff!
